Somin has that ‘clean’ moves. She rarely makes unnecessary moves it makes her dance so satisfying to watch. Really, she is a great dancer (I’m an amateur dancer myself & I can tell that she KILLS the moves). Technically, she’s the best dancer in this video.

Afsane Star - what’s wrong with you? This comment was about female dancers in the third gen. Guess who is a main female dancer in third gen? Jiwoo, Seungyeon, Lisa and many more. I never said her facials were bad, or that she’s the worst dancer to ever exist. I already admitted to her being an amazing technical dancer (stop bringing up Jiwoo in manners that are unnecessary please), because she is. But when you’re on stage with 3 people who all have different styles, the only way to stand out is to do something different. Somin has her attention to detail, BM has his swag, JSeph has sharpness, and Jiwoo has expression. They fill in each other where one might be weak, it’s the perfect harmony. That’s all I’m pointing out, stop making this a solo stan issue when I’ve already said she’s an amazing dancer. Don’t make it seem like I’m disregarding all of her skills. You can think whatever you want, but don’t put words in my mouth. Did I ever say Jiwoo was a perfect dancer? No, I said that compared to Somin, you can tell how different they are expression wise, and how that gives Jiwoo her main dancer status. Now, this isn’t necessarily a bad thing, but the general public understandably go for dancers with more personality (see dancing with the stars, so you think you can dance, and every dance show to exist). This is like the third time I’ve seen you, and you claim to not hate Jiwoo and yet you manage to bring her up negatively. Did you see how respectfully I offered up my opinion on Somin’s dancing? Serena - I agree with you! But compared to the aforementioned dancers, who basically ooze it.... you can see where I’m going. It’s one of the reasons why I personally think the main dancers are who they are in KARD. Tho, a dancer position is definitely applicable to Somin!

The thing about Somin is that whatever choreography she performs, there's always a sort of elegance, grace, and femininity. It's attractive, because she exudes that feminine charm and charisma. And it's not just guys that are attracted to it, because girls want to be like her. Even her voice, and appearance match that type of charm. I can't believe she's only now getting the recognition she deserves.

When Somin has been your bias since their debute and people are barely noticing how freaking incredibly talented she is.Her vocals are just beyond good (one of the best vocalist in kpop alongside all my queens in mamamoo just my opinion before anyone comes for me:)) Her dancing is just incredible as well her moves are so sharp and mesmerizing and ofc her visual she is gorgeous in such a simple outfit she manages to look so good. She has been called a smart vocalist. She knows were in her range she sounds better and keeps herself there. You can say she plays it safe but I think is good in a way, she avoids to damage her vocal cords and we do not know if she keeps working in order to improve and therefort to increase her comfortable range.

Somin is quite fluid with her moves, very much like a naturally gifted dancer. BM is just as talented and his moves are very clean. That tells me he's able to know when one movement starts and the other ends. And of course, this wouldn't be Kard without all 4 members (imo).

Can we talk about that they have everything: vocals, rap, DANCE, AND VISUALSS, but they are still underrated 😥

What I liked here is seeing how ALL members dance the same. The guys don't dance a "more masculine version" while the girls dance a "more feminine version". No. They ALL dance the same choreography. *THIS* is how you do a proper co-ed group. You don't separate them, you make them look like ONE.

Idk in a lot of Kards dances they dance in a way that represents their sexuality and that’s a progressive move that Korea needs also. It’s okay to do one or the other or both. In a lot of their choruses they all dance the same choreo. But it is nice to have this side of it here.

Well, in kard dance position doesn't matter to me, all of them is Main dancer. I always equal Somin to Jiwoo dancing skills these two girls is absolutely amazing. Both of them have a weakness and strength when it comes to dancing so they're really compliment each other.

Don't recall, hola hola, rumor, oh nana we definitely can see the MAIN DANCER somin. In red moon, knockin on my heaven's door, dumb litty we definitely can see MAIN DANCER Jiwoo. As I said jiwoo have a weaknesses that somin Strength while Somin have a weaknesses that Jiwoo strength. In terms of dancing, I always have looked at BM because he dances with control and power. But in this recent dance practice, I found myself observing Somin every time. Damn, she improved A LOT! Her movements are swift and precise. She executed every move with a natural gist.

There's nothing wrong people recognizing and appreciating Somin. They're just expressing how they feel about her. Focus on jseph, don't complain on another member's expense.

lespoiretreve honestly, saying ‘everyone’s talking about somin. can we talk about...’ (or anything alike) does downplay the appreciation somin is finally getting. It’s like saying somin’s getting too much attention than she deserves. You can talk about jseph, without ‘lowkey’ dragging somin. You might not being trying to come across this way, but to some it will sound so 🤷🏻‍♀️

Somin is a really great dancer with a killing vocal and goddess visual...but again dsp doesn't give a shit to her....they underused her again in GUNSHOT MV.she was just standing there but others had acting scence....

@@00me32 it never sat right with me from the beginning when they introduced the members on the YT channel. J Seph was rap performance, BM was dance performance, Jiwoo was dance performance, and then they labeled Somin as visual... not even vocal, which made zero sense. I really hope they push her when J Seph enlists, because it really just seems like they're holding her back.

Her name is Somin

Somin has always been such an amazing dancer and she gets even better each comeback. Her moves are so powerful and controlled. Even though she isn’t the main dancer, she’s definitely one of the best dancers in k-pop. She’s a great performer!

Somin is a queen. She manages to show improvement on her dance every comeback wow. (Well, she's great to begin with tho)

She's casually an amazing dancer. Shes so underrated tho. Not even Seungyeon from CLC gets slept on as much as her. It irks me so much. And especially coming from KARDs solo fans. Like you see her every comeback. How do you still sleep on this queen????????

bm killed it. it's as simple as that. my boy matthew did such a great job on everything from the lyrics, to his producing, to his rap, to his dancing!! just absolutely killed ittt

I've just become a fan of theirs and, if it wasn't for the comment section I would be sure that Somin's the main dancer.

Somin really shines with this choreo. Not that she wasn't good before, but you can see her improvements. She is so much sharper and all her moves feel so much more purposeful with this choreo. I'm so proud of her!!

Somin has so many different sides to her, she can be anything she needs to be. But she particularly shines in charismatic roles like in Gunshot and "You In Me"

Wow Somin is legit a main dancer and it’s insane. She’s so incredibly talented, but I can’t help but feel as if DSP is letting her talent go to waste. She’s literally amazing at everything, but I don’t see them promoting her or letting her do shows and collabs like some of the other members. I mean her vocals, visuals, and dance skills are literally top-notch AND she can rap and is extremely hard-working, like how much more can she prove herself? I’ll stan you forever Queen.

I don't wanna be that person, but it's true that since BM has always been everyone's sweetheart and Jiwoo's popularity rose after GG, DSP really decided to put all their money on these two. Somin is a really well rounded artist, her dance, vocals and stage presence could really make any Big 3 idol pale in comparison. J. Seph is one of the finest rappers right now and he's rap in this particular song is actually crazy hard. They are both better in their respective fields compared to the other two members (thats why they are both main vocal and main rapper). I can understand wanting to push those two for popularity reasons and I'm absolutely not saying that they deserve less, but holding back actual talent will do more harm than good in the long run. Maybe I'm a bitter bitch because Somin is my bias, but I couldn't help but notice that despite being the main vocal, a couple of lines more and she and Jiwoo would have had literally the same amount of lines. And in the climax scene enough screen time was given to all the 3 members, and then there was Somin with half a second of her massaging her head like in the rest of the MV. Again, probably I'm just being dramatic because she's my bias. But ever since Bomb Bomb Kard has been taking a route that I'm not sure I like. And then there's J. Seph. Ignored as always.

She is not doing collabs or participating shows. I think this hurts Somin. Bcs she is really talented. Her vocal, dancing, rap, facial expressions...everything about her really amazing. She is one of the best performer in Kpop. DSP definitely wasting her talent. After I saw this mistreatment, i don't want to watch any group content. But there is Somin in there, so i should support her.

Something that isn't talked about that much and I do love about the dance routine. Is that the routine has a perfect mix of both feminine and masculine dance moves. Becoming one or the other depending on if the girls or guys are singing/rapping. With a mix of both during the chorus.

I was so surprised that Simon isn’t a part of the dance line, her technique is so good! She has great fluidity and control in the torso, while keeping the angles from the waist down. And her isolation and energy distribution is so satisfying.

somin and jiwoo are such good dancers, they look as powerful as bm and eph
